Last Windows 11 versions ask you to add a Microsoft Account at install time, and in some cases we don’t want to add this account
To bypass this step when we are installing Windows 11 just pulte Shift+F10 and you will get a terminal

Disable all network connetions
return to terminal and type
oobe\bypassnro
You need to add a widget, row, or prebuilt layout before you’ll see anything here. 🙂
